Works1 : Sound Art “Temp-lature”

Music by So Oishi

Sound Art “Temp-lature”

January 21, 2012, Magic Room, Ebisu, Tokyo

In response to the movement of butterflies, this installation produces sound over the P.A. system with melody and harmony. Everyone can enjoy touching and playing music.

The music in this video clip is actually recorded on the site. We made the system through the use of Ableton Live 8 and junXion v4.5.

The transparent leaves are made of thin Japanese-paper and resin. This artwork is extra light and it is safe even at the time of earthquake.

Works2 : Infofraphic “At the Quake”

Infographic which explains how to survive from TSUNAMI at the Japan earth quake on 2012.3.11.

Interviewed a family who had lived at Ishinomaki and Tokyo.

Try to explain how to survive and how to connect.

Hope it will help to understand what was going on at that time.

Works3 : Craft Art “Biomimicry”

Try to imitate the system of nature. Water supplied from dropper and trickled down branches. It was so hot day and some bugs came to sip water.

Additional Works : Festival graphic of “Camera Japan 2012”

Created icon-based poster for Camera Japan, the largest multidisciplinary Japanese film and culture festival in Benelux. Also created info-graphic to share about Japanese chopsticks manner and other cultural information.
